Major release V5.0 is now available, introducing new features to the original Augmented Driving app that has been in the market since its acclaimed launch in early 2010. The app, compatible with iPhone and iPad, requires iOS8.

Augmented Driving offers augmented reality and advanced real-time object detection to enhance your driving experience. It provides features such as:

Safety Score for real-time evaluation of your driving performance
Vehicle Detection and 2-Level Safety Distance Monitoring
Lane Detection and Lane Departure Warning
Stop-and-Go Assistant
Speeding Avoidance
Visual Logbook and Video MP4-Recording
Information HUD for relevant driving information
Sound and Voice Output for acoustical warnings

The app also includes an appealing futuristic visual style to complement its functionality. However, users should note that GPS availability and a fixed mount on the windshield are required for operation. Safety precautions must be followed, and installation instructions should be heeded for optimal performance.

Augmented Driving serves to promote modern image analysis and object detection technologies on portable devices only.
